The terms
Rolling monthly. Thirty days notice either side. No minimum term and no exit fee. Price changes capped at once a year with 30 days notice.
If you leave, the domain transfers to you free of charge and you take the site with you.
Care plan questions
Why is it separate from the build price?
So the build price is the build price. Bundling hosting into a one-off quote hides what each part costs, and we would rather you could see both.
What counts as a minor change?
A price, a phone number, a new practitioner profile, a paragraph rewritten. Anything bigger is quoted before it starts.
What happens if I cancel?
Thirty days notice, no exit fee. The domain transfers to you and we hand over the site files.
