The healthcare SEO agency that sells search and AI visibility as one service.

It is the same pages, the same structure and the same content doing both jobs. Splitting it into two retainers is an agency convenience, not your benefit.

  • AI visibility included at every tier, including the entry one.
  • Tiers defined by keyword count, so you know exactly what you are buying.
  • Rolling monthly. 30 days notice. No minimum term.

Healthcare SEO is search engine optimisation done for a regulated medical practice, where the pages have to satisfy a patient, a search engine and the advertising rules at the same time. It is the work that decides whether a private clinic appears when someone in its area searches for the procedure it performs.

A healthcare SEO agency does that work as a monthly service: agreeing which searches are worth winning, building or rewriting the pages that answer them, keeping the structured data correct, and reporting what moved. We sell it with AI visibility attached, because the same pages decide both.

Why is AI visibility a separate race from search?

In September 2026 we asked ChatGPT, with web search on, which UK agencies specialise in websites and SEO for surgeons and private consultants. It named eleven. Only two of those eleven also appear in Google's top ten for the equivalent search.

That gap is the whole opportunity. The practices winning in AI answers are not always the ones winning in Google, which means a practice that is currently invisible in both has two routes in rather than one.

ChatGPT with web search, 10 September 2026. The same test is run before your work starts, so there is a baseline to measure against.

What does the monthly service actually involve?

  • A keyword set agreed up front, at the count your tier buys
  • New pages and rewrites aimed at those terms, published on your site
  • Structured data kept correct as the site grows, because it is what AI systems read
  • Local visibility work for the areas you actually serve
  • A monthly report that includes what the AI assistants say when asked a patient's question, not only where you rank

What does a generalist agency get wrong in a medical practice?

Three things, and the third is the expensive one. It writes procedure pages from a content library, so your knee replacement page reads like every other knee replacement page and has nothing in it that Google could prefer. It chases the head term, so the practice ends up ranking for nothing while a competitor quietly owns forty specific questions. And it publishes claims that breach the guidance you are personally regulated against.

That last one is not a theoretical risk. A page naming a prescription-only injectable to promote it is unlawful. A page claiming a procedure is risk free breaches GMC guidance. The agency is not the regulated party. You are, which is why every claim we publish is read against the guidance for your specialism before it goes up.

What is not promised?

No ranking position, no citation, no traffic figure and no revenue outcome. Those depend on Google and on model providers, and neither of us controls either. Any agency that promises you a position is either guessing or selling you a term nobody searches.

What the first ninety days look like

  1. The baseline

Before anything is written we record where you rank today and what four AI assistants say when asked a patient question in your area. Without that there is no honest way to tell later whether the money did anything.

  2. The keyword set

We agree the exact list at the count your tier buys, and we show you the search volume and the difficulty behind each one. You approve it before a word is written.

  3. Pages, then measurement

New pages and rewrites go live in batches, structured data is kept correct as the site grows, and the monthly report carries the rankings and the AI answers side by side.

From clinics the team has done this work for

MediDerm Clinic

“The team designed and developed our website and continue to work with us on an ongoing basis through their SEO and AI Visibility service. They helped us achieve the #1 Google ranking in the area we specifically wanted to target, while continuing to strengthen our visibility across search and emerging AI platforms. Having one team managing our website and long-term digital growth has been incredibly valuable.”

Dr. Karishma Consultant Dermatologist, MediDerm Clinic

Professional From Start to Finish

“The whole process was incredibly straightforward. They took the time to understand our clinic, treatments and target patients, then translated that into a website that feels premium and professional. We now have an online presence that properly represents the standard of care we provide.”

Questions about the monthly service

How is SEO used in healthcare?

To put a practice in front of someone at the moment they are deciding. A patient looking for a private consultant searches a procedure, a condition or a town, reads two or three pages and enquires with one of them. Healthcare SEO is the work of being one of those pages, written so it survives the advertising rules that a normal business page never has to think about.

What does an SEO agency actually do?

Four things, on a repeating monthly cycle. It decides which searches are worth winning and proves the demand exists. It builds or rewrites the pages that answer them. It keeps the technical side correct, which means structured data, speed, internal links and indexing. And it reports what moved. Anything else being sold as SEO is usually something else with a label on it.

What is SEO in medical terms?

The same discipline as anywhere else, with two extra constraints. Everything published is a claim you are regulated against, and the reader is often frightened rather than shopping. Both change what the pages have to say, which is why a content library written for general business does not work here.

What are the four types of SEO?

On-page, which is the content and structure of your own pages. Technical, which is whether search engines can read and index them. Off-page, which is what other sites say about you. And local, which is the map results and your Google Business Profile. A private clinic in one town usually gets the most from the first, second and fourth.

How much should I pay for SEO services?

In this market a single consultant or clinic is typically looking at several hundred to a few thousand pounds a month, and the honest answer is that the figure matters less than what it buys. Ours starts at £497 a month for 30 keywords, and every tier is defined by a keyword count rather than an adjective, so you can compare it against anyone else on a like-for-like basis.

What is AI visibility in plain terms?

Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity name you when a patient asks them for a surgeon in your area, and whether they cite your pages when they answer a clinical question. It is measured by asking them, which is why the baseline exists.

How long before it does anything?

A new domain typically takes two to six weeks for most pages to appear in Google at all, and movement on competitive terms takes months rather than weeks. AI answers can move faster, because assistants cite pages that answer a question directly rather than pages with a long history.

Do I have to buy this to get a website?

No. It is optional, it is separate, and the website is yours either way.

Why not price it per hour?

Because you cannot judge an hour. You can judge 30 keywords against 200.

Can you do this on a site you did not build?

Yes, if it is technically sound enough to work with. If it is not, we will tell you rather than take the retainer.

Want the baseline first?

We run the AI visibility test on your practice before anything starts, so there is a number to measure from.
