Privacy policy

Last updated 10 September 2026. These terms are not legal advice and should be reviewed by a solicitor before you rely on them.

Who is responsible for your data

WDL Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12944648, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, trading as Clinic Grade Websites, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

When you use the quote form we collect your name, your practice name, your email address and your phone number, together with whatever you tell us about the practice. We use it to prepare a quote and to reply to you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started, and where a contract follows, performance of that contract.

If you begin the quote form and do not finish it, the details you have already entered are recorded so that we can follow up. That partial record is treated exactly like a completed enquiry and is deleted on the same schedule.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept analytics cookies. Nothing is loaded and no Google request is made before you accept. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data retention is set to the shortest period the platform allows, Google Signals is off, and data sharing for product improvement and benchmarking is off.

Other third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and maps from OpenStreetMap. Neither sets a cookie, but both receive your IP address as part of an ordinary web request. Maps are lazy-loaded, so nothing is requested unless you scroll to one.

Form submissions

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are stored in our account there and forwarded to our email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after the engagement ends, which is the period we may need them for tax and contractual purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Email hello@clinicgradewebsites.com and we will respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy the date at the top of the page changes with it.
