London is not one private medical market, it is a dozen. Within three kilometres of Harley Street there are 2,713 listed practices. Three kilometres around Bromley there are 76. Those two markets need different websites, so we build different pages for them rather than one page with the place name swapped.

Which London areas do you cover?
Twenty-one areas across five London hubs, from Marylebone and Harley Street down to Bromley and out to Ilford. Each has its own page built on the number of private practices actually listed there, because a market with 2,713 competitors and one with 65 need different websites.
Do you only work with practices inside the M25?
No. The area pages cover London and Essex because that is where the research was done and where the listing counts were measured. We will build for a practice elsewhere, we simply have not measured that market and would not pretend otherwise.
Which London area is easiest to get found in?
On the numbers, the outer boroughs. Croydon runs 480 local searches a month against 200 listed practices and Bromley 390 against 76. Central London has twenty times the competition and almost no local search volume behind the term.
