Questions we get asked

How much does a private clinic website cost?

From £1,995 for a single consultant, £3,995 for an established practice and £7,500 for a group. Prices are published on the pricing page rather than quoted after a call.

How long does it take?

Live from 2 to 3 weeks on Starter, 2 to 4 weeks on Practice and 3 to 6 weeks on Group. Two rounds of revisions are included in every package.

What does the care plan cover?

Hosting, the domain in your name, technical updates, security monitoring, backups, a mailbox and one free minor change a year, for £65 a month. Every site we build is looked after on it, and it is priced separately from the build so the build price stays honest.

Do I own the domain and the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name or transferred to you free of charge on request or on termination, and the site is yours.

Will you make me sit through a call?

No call, unless you want one. The brief, the quote, the design review and sign-off all run by email or WhatsApp.

Can you make sure my site is compliant?

We read every published claim against the guidance that applies to your specialism and we flag anything that would put you at risk. We are not your compliance adviser and we do not give regulatory advice: as the regulated party that responsibility stays with you.

Why can my site not mention Botox?

Because it is unlawful to advertise a prescription-only medicine to the public. Clinics do it constantly, and a generalist agency will build the page without knowing. The treatment can be described, the brand name cannot be used to promote it.

Do you work with clinics outside London and Essex?

The area pages cover London and Essex because that is where the research was done. We will build for a practice elsewhere, we simply have not measured that market.

Do you use templates?

Every page is written for the practice it belongs to. We are not going to claim a delivery method we might not use on a given project, so what we will say is that no two sites we hand over share their content.

What happens if I want to leave?

Thirty days notice either side, no minimum term, no exit fee. The domain transfers to you and you take the site with you.
