Why there are no star ratings on this page
Google’s guidance is that when a business controls the reviews written about itself, its pages are not eligible for the review star feature, and marking them up anyway is what manual actions are issued for. So there is no rating in the code of this page, no aggregate score, and no count. Each review is held on file with the reviewer’s permission, and any that could not be evidenced would come off the site in a single edit.
Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 a published review must be evidenceable. We hold ourselves to that before we ask a client to.
