Care plan
Every site we build is hosted and looked after on the care plan. It is priced separately from the build, so the build price is the build price.
£65 a month
Domain registration and management, hosting, software and technical updates, security monitoring, backups, one free minor change a year, and one mailbox on your domain.
Rolling monthly. 30 days notice either side. No minimum term and no exit fee.
What it is not
It is not hosting with a markup. Hosting alone is a few pounds a month. What you are paying for is the domain in your name, the mailbox, the monitoring, the backups, and someone who answers when something breaks. If you ever leave, thirty days notice and the domain and the site go with you.

Is the care plan included in the build price?
No, and deliberately. The build price is the build. The care plan is £65 a month, priced separately, and covers hosting, the domain in your name, updates, monitoring, backups, a mailbox and one free minor change a year.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the domain and the site. If you leave, the domain transfers to you free of charge, on request or on termination.
What if I need more than two rounds of revisions?
Further rounds are quoted before any work starts, so there is never a surprise invoice.
Do you do the SEO without building the site?
Yes, if the existing site is technically sound enough to work with. If it is not, we will say so rather than take the retainer.
